Very fast and efficient service. I sent in my 10 year old iMac and while they had to revise down my offer, I still got a decent amount for a machine that - at best - I’d have been thanked for recycling had I brought it directly back to Apple. Certainly worth the time!

After shopping around online for the best deal, Macback offered the most for my "old" MacBook Pro from 2018. You barely get much for well kept Apple products anyway.

The collection with DPD was straightforward and a couple days later I received an amended quote. My battery cycle count limit exceeded 500 in order to qualify for a grade B item. Nevertheless my quote was only reduced by £30.

Excellent service! I've used MacBack twice. Once to sell one of the old iMacs in my office and once to sell my old MacBook Air. Both times the process was straightforward and I received the quoted refund. MacBack provide the packaging to return the item in and the money was in the relevant account within a couple of days of MacBack confirming receipt of the Macs. Highly recommend.

I found this company on the internet as I wanted to sell my MacBook Pro. My MacBook was worth a lot but I did not want to wast my time with people on eBay etc. I got a quote for my MacBook Pro and the process was concluded in 5 days. If you are happy to sell you product for slightly less then the market value and you do not want to waste your time with random people. Use this company, I hope they give someone the opportunity to buy my device as it was good as new, it will last someone many years without changing the battery or upgrading any of the parts. My MacBook Pro was maxed out with the processor and RAM.

Once they've checked it they will give you their best offer so you may choose whether or not you wish to proceed. Agree on price and the money goes straight into your bank acct. easy!

I was unsure where to sell my MacBook Pro, it had plenty of life left for a new user. Fortunately I discovered Macback who are very willing to send a good courier to your location to pick up your unwanted Apple device. They offer a very fair price for your unwanted tech. The process is straightforward and efficient. Highly recommended!

My sister recommended MacBack to me, having recently sold her 10-year old MacBook Pro. Apple simply wanted to recycle my 7-year old Mac Mini, so I was chuffed when MacBack offered a really good price (>£150). Actual service was brilliant, speedy checking and payment once the item arrived and a great collection service as well.

My iMac was delivered to their accounts department by mistake so took longer than expected, which was a DPD issue not theirs.

The only comment I would make is that they are not great at answering emails or phones, I guess they are busy at this time of year. However they gave me the agreed grading and price so alls well that ends well.

Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
